I checked the guy's list of shows he's not considering for possible episodes, and one of the ones is X-Files. Yes, that's listed as a sitcom he's not going to use. And he's not going to consider "Night Court" because it reminds him of homework.

IE, "this is my completely self-absorbed, by criteria only I care about, list of great episodes." Skip. I don't want to cut into my Tom & Lorenzo time anyway.
