You know, it's funny. We went to war never looking to come back, but it's the real world I couldn't survive.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Eartha Kitty might be one of my favorite cat names, along with Chairman Meow.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

If anyone else uses any TV stuff for their phones, I will think it's me. I'm conditioned for all theme music now.

Robin, thanks! I'll fire you off an email. I don't know if I feel better or worse about being so helpless.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Have people seen this picture of Andy Warhol and Nico as Robin and Batman?

[link]

This is from some movie Warhol did. He used used the Batman and Robin characters without permission. The film is apparently lost now.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So, for anyone who knows Ice Cube's song "Today was a Good Day" UNLIKE MY COWORKER, here's what day that was: [link]

That's so weird, tommy. I just posted a photoset of four from that shoot to my tumblr a few days ago, and I can't remember what triggered it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That is going on my calendar (Ice Cube, not Warhol)

There was a thing in io9 the other day about lost films--they mentioned Warhol's flim.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

That is going on my calendar (Ice Cube, not Warhol)

Dang, we missed it.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I should assign the opening riff of "Vampires Will Never Hurt You" to Cass, but I'd never hear it.

I've called you! Once or twice, surely?

Just make it your text tone and it'll be partially mine. Of course then we'll both be checking our phones when it goes off. But it is a really good text tone.

If anyone else uses any TV stuff for their phones, I will think it's me.

For all of the tv themes I've considered, I've stuck with music and Ocean's 11 for my main ringtone.

I need to update my personalized tones. I used to amuse myself a lot with them. I also need one for parents that is loud and somehow says, "Answer me!"

Because books.

Let's assume all single dads are potential pedophiles! This is so depressing.

People never learn, either. The writer of the advice in question says instead of a sleepover, suggest a "late-over," where your daughter only stays until bedtime and then you pick her up. Um, a) Sandusky's wife was apparently home when a lot of the abuse took place, and the boys weren't sleeping over in the first place, and b) boys get abused, too.
