Lorne: Back in Pylea they used to call me "sweet potato." Connor: Really. Lorne: Yeah, well, the exact translation was "fragrant tuber" but…

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

FUCKING BEST OVERSUGARED SODA EVER.

My phone just arrived. Thank the gods. Finally I can stop fudging and fiddling with the broken one, and go to town on this new baby.

Also, apparently I convinced a stranger of something in an internet discussion. Just when I was working up a righteous froth. Maybe I should just go stare at my phone some more. This sort of direct capitulation (although in PM, not on the board) is weird.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Hooray phone!

I have shiny new catalytic converter! I assume it's shiny what with the platinum and whatnot, I have no idea where it is to actually look at. Today is just full of accomplishments pour moi. The people at the garage asked about Henry so that was a sad conversation, but no crying which is always a little bit of a triumph.

Ooh! Is that like a catalyzer?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I don't upload much, but when downloading I prefer Mediafire to most of the others.

In that they both probably use catalysts somehow, I guess so. The catalytic converter is, I think, less critical to not getting stranded.

Still. Metaphorically keep your tank loaded up.

I can never remember which of those bulk transfer sites I hate. Is it Megaupload that has a million "Download" links on every page, but only the second smallest one isn't an ad or bloatware?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

No.

brillig

I didn't see this until I noticed it on Yahoo News--a local high school board is refusing to allow Cougars as the school mascot because, I swear to God, it's "offensive to middle-aged women."

My state really needs this publicity.

Because books.

Ooh! Is that like a catalyzer?

I just saw that episode!
