brillig

I didn't see this until I noticed it on Yahoo News--a local high school board is refusing to allow Cougars as the school mascot because, I swear to God, it's "offensive to middle-aged women."

My state really needs this publicity.

Because books.

Ooh! Is that like a catalyzer?

I just saw that episode!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't work out which site it was! Well, is, since it's not Megaupload. It's not any of the LH top five either. But it seems to be the one I get sent to most often, and it takes me *way* too long to get what I want, because if you don't pay attention, the graphic cues do not help.

I just saw that episode!

It's my favourite! And, seriously, not because of that.

Because books.

There is one site that has a million "download" links, but I can't remember which it is either.

I like Sendspace for music.

Did you guys see how Mark Wahlberg said that if here were on one of the planes on 9/11 he'd have fucked the terrorists' shit up and saved everyone?

Damon Lindelhof responds.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Heh. Good one.

So today was kinda awful, I was kinda mean to a couple coworkers (for which I'll apologize for tomorrow,) I was feeling physically shaky cause I was so hungry when I left, swim was rough (causation there,) and I jacked my hand up somehow so certain common motions feel like bones or tendons are griding. WHIIIIIIIIIINE.

But my name was formally put forth to go to Madrid. Waiting for approval. And it looks like another coworker that I don't know well, but is my age and a definite find-the-party sort will be going too. And if we have to share hotel rooms, I'd be most comfortable rooming with her, partly because we don't have a supervisor-relationship, which I do with the other 2 women going.

Heh. Emmett's high school mascot is the Cougars.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

K-Bug's middle school was the Beavers. Cause, that is so much more PC than Cougars.

Always Anti-fascist!

Man, I hate that expression! Mountain lions are okay, though.
