"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Whoa. The Feds just shut down Megaupload.

The heat is on.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, the consultants sent back their visit finding document, and they've used documentation I created during the engagement to present to my boss as one of their sources. No one's going to recognise that but me, but come on! Of course I'm going to read it.

I know mirroring is prime NLP and PUA material, but, hello.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Astrid does have a web interface, although I'm unclear on how the prompting would work using that strictly. And while it calls itself "social productivity" I don't use any social aspect of it at all.

Okay, I did good for lunch today because Noom told me to log a healthy lunch and I didn't want to not be able to tell it, so I had spaghetti squash. And then I just ate more of the sauce, because it is chunky and delicious. But yay, all veggies! And a little butter and parmesan, but I'm going to go with yay overall.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Omnifocus will let you set up "events" to recur based on when you completed them, which I use quite a bit (including reminding me to drink water). It's got this whole GTD philosophy supposedly built in, but I don't really get all that and use it just fine. I'm not sure what all platforms it's available for, though, it might be mac only.

I have shopped! And it took me slightly less than two hours, so, yay? People who like GroceryIQ, what's cool about it? I'm not thrilled with any of the shopping list apps I've tried recently.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Well, my flight tomorrow morning just got pushed back two hours, which fucks my connection. On the other hand, I no long have to get up at 5AM, and Delta's working on my connection, so...

I have the Astrid web interface open 24/7, and there's been no alerting. There might be a web-only setting I haven't paid attention to, though.

Astrid will let you send and share and receive tasks, but you don't have to. You can also use your google or FB account for login, but again, you don't have to.

My phone just arrived. Thank the gods. Finally I can stop fudging and fiddling with the broken one, and go to town on this new baby.

Also, apparently I convinced a stranger of something in an internet discussion. Just when I was working up a righteous froth. Maybe I should just go stare at my phone some more. This sort of direct capitulation (although in PM, not on the board) is weird.
