I thought it was chronic sinusitis, but why am I coughing so much?

Consuela, post-nasal drip. Sometimes it just doesn't drain out your nose.

Because books.

OTOH, I feel kind of exhausted. I thought it was chronic sinusitis, but why am I coughing so much?

This is me. Have you tried a nasal spray? It's helping me a little, although I hate nasal sprays in general. It's prescription: Astepro.

Yeah, but this is pretty deep coughing. I dunno.

I think I'm going to leave, and hit Walgreens for my prescription.

hip deep in pie

but the government stays open.

I work for gov't and we are always the last to close. The reason is purely financial. If they tell us to stay home, we all get our full day's pay, no penalties to our PTO. If we opt not to go in, or are snowed in, we have to use a vacation day. There have been times when even the military keeps people home and we've had to trudge into work.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Whuhuh. I'm suggesting solutions to a problem I don't understand. I mean, I understand the problem, but I don't understand what I'm suggesting.

Everyone seems to like it, though! So that's a win.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I don't understand what I'm suggesting.

Where you suggesting switching to a second-generation flibbity-gidget?

MAYBE.

Thank god they've moved on to someone else's suggestion I don't understand. However, this meeting is 35 minutes over, and I haven't eaten lunch yet because there's none at home, and I'm going to kill someone soon.
