Man. There's a lot of snow out there.
Send some east. (*I* don't want it, and would be giddy if we could just slide right into spring without any of the dread white stuff falling from the sky. But Tim gets actual, for-real depressed if he doesn't get snow in winter. So I'd be willing to have one good snowfall just so he doesn't mope. And THEN we can launch merrily into spring, pleasepleaseplease.)
Safe travels, Dana!
Off to the comic book store and the burger joint on the hip and happening Freret Street corridor.
For the second day in a row I am COOKING!
I have BBQ chicken in the oven and 2 different marinades with more chicken in the fridge chilling. Perhaps I will bake later. Perhaps. Must get the tree put away in the garage first.
Perkins? do you need direction today?
Successfully in Denver airport! Fed myself! Now waiting to be let on the plane.
LET ME ON THE PLANE.
Ooh, msbelle, can I come over?
Kat - that oatmeal looks yummy.
sigh. I need direction today, except really I know what I need to do. Take down tree, finish syllabi, grocery shopping. Buy coffee. Not necessarily in that order.

I have to admit, we were pretty happy about it. They had a total of about three feet while we were gone, and we were thinking we might have missed most of the winter's snow. But this snowfall was completely unpredicted by the meteorologists (although the weather station hanging on my wall correctly forecast it) so I have no idea how much to expect. Probably got about four to six inches already and it's still coming down. Little sun peeking out now.
I am doing pretty good with productivity this morning, but I'm getting ready to go sit in front of the football with some knitting. Perfectly cromulent snowed-in activity. Although technically we're not snowed in, because the SO took the Pilot to town and it worked fine. Which is so awesome, because I really would have previously regarded this as stuck weather. Yay new car!
I haven't done a damn thing all day. Oops. Eh.
I wish sumi, I wish.
Burrell, can the kids help with the tree? When I had a fully decorated tree I would ask mac to help me find all of one type of ornaments at a time and box by box it would get done pretty quickly. He'd find and remove them, I'd wrap them and get them to fit in the storage boxes.
Pretty sure you are one your own for the syllabi, and I would think coffee is needed before that. But maybe Cody wants nothing more than to go grocery shopping (you can tell him I am laughing for him here).
Man I miss y'all.
Jesse, for pete's sake, SHRED WOMAN!!
