Good thoughts for your sister & baby, Cashmere.
It's crazy nice weather here! We are going to go for a bike ride!
And I got all the root vegetables at the market and a roasting chicken defrosting now. Tomorrow night roast chicken and root vegetables a la Ad Hoc at Home!
You can do it, Perkins!
Cash, sending birth-ma your sister's way.
Going to run some errands...mostly groceries, then spending trhe rest of the afternoon reading.
You can do it, Perkins! Now PACK.
Cash, all kinds of ~ma to your sister and the baby.
One box (or bag) at a time, Perkins! You can do it!
Holy crap, Jeremy Renner needs to not be chased by axe-wielding people.
You can do it, Perkins!! Go go go!!
Cash, all kinds of ~ma to your sister and the baby.
Yes, this!
Now PACK.
Don't wanna! Plus I have to go over to the house to wait for the locksmith and the guy who is going to install anti-critter screens on the attic vents.
Just pack one box first! WOOOOOOOOOOOO PACKING!!
Hey, msbelle, did you ever get the Dragon Tattoo book? Surprisingly, I have the first two in paperback I can mail you if you want them.
Smooth sailing ~ma for your sister tomorrow, Cash.
Jesse, I did not, sumi was mailing me the first, if she hash't yet, the 2 would be awesome.
Perkins, look for boxes out for pick-up, or stores with dumpsters out back as you go to the new place. Stop and get any and all boxes on your way back. If you do not have many many rolls of packing tape or clear tape on hand get some while you are out. Something to possibly get is heavy duty garbage bags.
If you are not leaving for your place RIGHT this second, put the following into a bag and take over there: toilet paper, cleaning rag, all-purpose cleaner or cleaner-wipes (whatever you have, an extra or almost empty bottle would be best), a few pens/pencils, notepad, measuring tape, any loose hangers you can easily grab, plastic containers that can serve as cat bowls.
