Well, not for now, but maybe later - tips from consumerist on how to register an email complaint bomb successfully.

PNC's email structure seems to be first name.lastname@pnc.com

enterprise uses 3 different formats:

firstname.middleinitial.lastname@erac.com firstinitial.lastname@erac.com firstinitiallastname@erac.com

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I submitted my initial complaint through the website. That tended to be effective in my previous experience.

But I contacted the branch AND corporate in the same day.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

::hearts msbelle::

I accidentally started reading the STFU, Parents Best-Of posts, and oops. Still on the sofa.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

But NOW, my apartment is neat enough for me not to wake up in 2012 feeling like a disgusting pig. Could use some more cleaning, but tomorrow is fine for that.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Is the trash bag covered in glitter? SAY YES.

YES!

(not really.)

OK, here's another odd thing from me: I gave my massage therapist a big tip today, because (a) Christmas and (b) it was my half-price birthday massage. I see her more often than my hair dresser, and you're "supposed" to give them a holiday bonus, right? Also I kind of felt like it was a comped round at a bar, and you tip extra for that, too, IME. She was shocked. Is that weird?

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

ita, if there's anything I can do over here, you know, with the phone and you call me and stuff. I'm not sure what's possible, but if you need a ride anywhere or liquor delivery, let me know.

We're continuing the tradition of NYE at Tim's. He has a steam oven he's never used, so I made a starter for french bread last night and it's now rising in a bowl.

I don't think I fully realized how complex bread is, and I'm worried that my ratio of yeast is wrong. I had the dry kind and the recipe called for active, and I soaked it in warm water, but you know, it's probably all fucked up.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

ita, that is all really too much, on top of everything else. You have every reason to feel overwhelmed. Perhaps you should eat the cake for the cousin you don't like.

But NOW, my apartment is neat enough for me not to wake up in 2012 feeling like a disgusting pig.

I think it's too late not to wake up in 2012 feeling like a disgusting pig, but maybe I'll go clean something.

The TV tells me it's bad luck to do laundry on New Year's Day. That's a new one to me, but I'm good with that. I still have to make my collards and black-eyed peas for money and luck. They haven't worked yet, but at least I like collards and black-eyed peas.

I'm pretty sure that's the same thing.

Perhaps you should eat the cake for the cousin you don't like.

That is a brilliant idea.
