Boo crazy weeks. just Boo!

my mood is dropping dramatically and I am only 2 days off from what has been the rough two weeks of the past few months. Tomorrow I need to call psych offices to get an appt next week. I figure if I go in when I am bad then when meds work they will be able to tell. I just hope I get out of bed before noon tomorrow. I guess I should g to bed now then, since I am tending towards 12 hours of sleep a night right now.

msbelle, you need a break and fast. I wish I were closer and more effectual than internet hand-flapping.

For me, this talk show clip had a lot to do with it. The ability to do a spontaneous comic riff on Chomsky, apparently, turns my knees to jelly.

Ouch, msbelle, that's a hard one. I don't know how big your area is, but you might see if the precinct in your hood has a local officers, maybe some who go to schools, etc. We had an officer who basically was assigned to our school; if you could find someone like that and try to establish a relationship w/ him/her, and get a CYA pre-emptive strike going on, it might be a good thing.

NYE party tomorrow night. The house is PRETTY ready; we will still have a full morning of Getting Shit Done, but my friends H&L are coming up with their 8 yo boy and 11 yo girl that M hung out with last NYE and for a weekend in the Ozarks this summer. M is super-psyched.

So they'll get here by three, which means H and I can run to the store and pick up the food, and I can make brownies, get all the food stuff ready while the kids play and are supervised by Dan and L, who will probably end up playing Wii themselves or playing guitar. Which I am FINE HAPPY DANDY YAY with.

The girl will play until J, another girl and her buddy, arrives with her parents a little later, or she will help us make brownies or I will give her free range on Netflix on the laptop and with my nail polishes if she get bored with her bro and M. I mean, not FREE range, but yanno.

They are staying until mid-afternoon Sunday, and then M's baby cousin is coming over for a visit Sunday night, and I get to get M's stuff ready, as we go back to PA on Monday morning at 10:50am. He doesn't even want the subject brought up, and told me this evening that if it weren't for his little brother, he would want to live here all the time. Which made me happy and sad, all at once.

FWIW I've been told that none of the Jersey Shore cast members are actually FROM New Jersey. Which makes it even MORE irritating to me.

well hello there pot. I really just need the right meds, I think. I am having a break. mac is being good.I even spent 4 hours talking with a friend today. 6 hours later though, I am in my recliner deciding if going all the way back to med bed is worth the effort. ridic.

I wish that realisation had some immediate effect. I suppose it's my craving for gold stars talking, but fuck, shouldn't working out the problem give you something to tide you out until you can actually put the fix into effect? I wish it would for you, msbelle.

Does anyone have any super sekrit starter tips?

I've never made starter from scratch, so, no tips BUT I would be happy to mail you some of mine, which is quite tasty and rises well.

Trivia Note: All sourdough starter comes from the original batch back in the 19th century in San Francisco. It's one continuous yeast colony in essence.
