Incredible In-Car Video of Japan Earthquake and Tsunami
Japanese delivery driver Yu Muroga was working on the day of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, and his onboard video camera caught the earthquake on video. Not realizing the tsunami danger, Muroga continued about his deliveries until one hour later, when he and fellow motorists were engulfed in the massive tsunami surge. The camera kept recording even after Muroga escaped, until the car was crushed about 4 minutes into the surge.
Wow.
In a “historic” advancement for LGBT equality in Jamaica, People’s National Party leader Portia Simpson-Miller “has come out for LGBT rights during an election debate,” insisting that “no one should be discriminated against because of their sexual orientation.”
Wow, that's great.
I wish there were some way for me to contact the person who keeps giving my email address to websites. But I can't! Because I don't know what his (hers? Jimmie, apparently) is supposed to be.

My mental well-being requires a lit-up Christmas tree to stave off all the deep winter darkness
I have discovered this year that I'm the same way. It's a pity I've discovered this because we agreed not to put up a tree, due to the bundles of energy and chaos that are the babycats. I've been visiting other people's trees.
I should do a post or blog or something one of these days about why I volunteer at a high-kill shelter. Not now though. I just left work early to get a massage, and now, since I had a half hour to kill, am mid-pedicure.

brenda, I'd be interested in reading that.
OMG WHY IS IT TAKING AN HOUR FOR YOU TO ACCEPT SOME CHANGES AND PRINT SOME STUFF?
I wanted to leave early, but no.
Fuck. I still haven't written the how to. Maybe I could...no I can't write it tomorrow. Tomorrow I will be in Jamaica and not have the source fucking information. ita !, stop it.
But CFerg stopped over, and I got my big how-can-I-manage-this task out of the way, so that's good. And I think I've decided I have to travel with two bags, just because I don't have one big one. But I have to bring so much stuff back for the fam...
And still two routers to flash and packing to do, and...no, I'm not ironing. That's silly.
Oh! I should load TV onto my iPod or tablet.
