Ahahaha! I live in California, and this would never get past any of my doctors, no matter what studies approved it. OMG, if they thought I was a seeker now...
But I will note that I can't pull all-nighters anymore like I could even four or five years ago.
I remember how annoyed I was when I tried to pull an all-nighter and was absolutely non-functional the next day. Sleep seemed such a waste of time. Now, it's the sweet bounty of the gods.

Yup. At this point in her academic career, it doesn't matter why she's done it. There's just no way to get from what she's done to deserving a master's.

I was thinking the same thing, Amy, same words and everything. But then I though some more and a lot of recreational opiate users stop smoking pot, from which I had inferred that there wasn't much synergy, so it seems like a more exciting result.

My sun avoidance has stood me in good stead, particularly since I date back to the primitive pre-sunscreen era. Laying out for a tan was the thing to do, but I never lasted longer than about 15 minutes, because I couldn't take the boredom of doing nothing and reading in the sun gave me a headache.
