Illyria: We cling to what is gone. Is there anything in this life but grief? Wesley: There's love. There's hope...for some. There's hope that you'll find something worthy...that your life will lead you to some joy...that after everything...you can still be surprised. Illyria: Is that enough? Is that enough to live on?

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

There's also this great book called Two Cats, One Moon, about a city cat and a country cat that live very far away from each other, but they play under the same moon at night. I kind of like the concept since I'm so far away from the kids.

Because books.

Two Cats, One Moon sounds great. Also? They're gifts. Unless you're getting them switchblades and toxic waste, she can think what she wants about them. The kids will love them.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Cody is shaking his head at me, Allyson. I think he fears fossilized poop shavings cropping up around the house.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

13 things not to google, FYI. Don't say I never did anything for you.

Loose leaf tea brewers--if you brew by the cup, do you reuse the leaves? How often? Over what time span? Do you do anything special to protect the leaves inbetween uses? Do you feel like a heathen?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

do you reuse the leaves?

After you brew them once, all the caffeine is gone. I never reuse them.

Because books.

I never reuse leaves either.

all the caffeine is gone

It's tea. You drink it for the caffeine? That seems...optimistic.

Amy - Dec 08, 2011 8:22:15 am PST #10479 of 30001
Because books.

I drink it for the caffeine! But I drink it all day long, and I don't drink coffee.

So far today I've drunk 24oz of black tea, and another 24oz of green tea. It all adds up.
