I picked up TNG from the vet. She's one tooth down and identified as having dental disease, so in addition to not allowing her to chew on hard plastic bones anymore, I have to use some sort of dental rinse on her teeth every evening. Yikes.

OTOH, everyone at the vet loves her. And she seems fine, other than being Really Hungry.

smonster and Allyson, I got a new temp assignment but it's at the University of Iowa and it pays very well, which will make up for the 45 minute drive, one-way to be there at 7:30 am every day.

Far fewer uncomfortable conversations in the hotel elevator than TAM.

Plei and I had a conversation about the state of my boobs in the elevator with two random women.

At least one of them didn't think I was uneven enough to worry about it.

I stopped on the way to infusion and bought myself cupcakes. So far I have not eaten any, but that's because I have fresh CSA corn to eat for dinner first.

Also, cupcakes. For everyone.

Unlike what's recently come out of Congress, THIS is a plan I can heartily endorse.

phew. tired now. We went to a concert tonight and took a picnic. Food outlasted the music. Hmph. Now DH is planning to pull an extra day of work out of tonight. This is clearly wrong.
