re: Google+, I wonder if this is a clash of cultures. I imagine most buffistas are Generation X or older and we grew up really comfortable with pseudos, embraced it, have cultivated online identities through them.
Younger than us (especially the Boomers' kids), they have been encouraged to let everything hang out online. Reveal everything about yourself! As much as possible. Using your real name!
