Which came first- the popularity of the banana clip or Geordi's visor. Because it seems like a weird choice. Almost everything else on ST:TNG looks so much better than TOS, and then, hey, they slap some silver spraypaint on a banana clip and call it a visor.

It's weird to see Denise Crosby was up for Troi and then ended up as Tasha Yar. Didn't she decide to leave TNG because she was unhappy with role and the limited storylines?
