Oh sure, I mean, I know I care about the effect, but I think I'll stick with percent humidity. Those things just change in tandem with each other, right?

Steph, more like closer the dewpoint is to actual temp, the higher the humidity. If the dewpoint is 100, but the temp is 250, gonna be a low humidity.
PD does not mean anyone is obligated to provide it to the public. It just means copying it isn't stealing.
Not sure why the other link didn't work for you. This doesn't have the full statement but summarizes the background a bit:
I don't think he's arguing the legality; he's arguing that the law as enforced is unjust, and counter to the public interest when applied to scientific papers.

so eating out is getting eliminated (should have done that long ago), as is all the stupid beverages I buy out, especially my blessed DD coffee. Gas is getting halved because of the closer job. I already switched to a cheaper netflix, but that really needs to be the only entertainment money spent. I should sell the stuff I can on ebay, although in the scope of things that is even less than a band-aid. I do have a few larger item things around that I could sell, short term help.
I will get mac's application for the State Child Health Care thing in and also the school lunches.
I stopped using the clothes dryer months ago, but I'll now adjust the thermostat and make sure I set it up a few degrees when we leave in the morning. I never did join the city rec center that I was given money for at Christmas, just as well. Tonight I reduced the sprinkler system days (water/sewage/trash bill was over $200 this last one).
Anyone have more ideas?
Seems Charisma Carpenter is complaining that people don't accept that she's Latina (one of her grandfathers is from Spain). Seem Charisma Carpenter is promoting a movie. I'm sure that's all unrelated.
Cut out Netflix completely and get movies at the library?
Call up your internet provider (or chat with them) and see if you can get a cheaper deal. I don't know about TX, but here you can choose your electric kwh prices, shop around for cheaper deals. Do what you did when you moved, cook out of the pantry until exhausted and then restock only as needed unless some sort of catastrophe is approaching.
In my tight budget days, food was the only flexible thing (given that I never bought clothes), but there was a lot of flexibility there. Not buying anything processed is key. For most of my first two years here, when I was in West Portal, the only time I went out was when Buffistas were in town. Beans and rice do go a long way.
Yeah, if you've got a grocery store with a bulk department, it's often way cheaper than boxes and bags of things.
