Everybody dies, Tracey. Someone's carrying a bullet for you right now, doesn't even know it. The trick is to die of old age before it finds you.

I dragged my tuckus into the office today. I forgot that I have my mouse here set-up left handed. I'll try it for a while, but my shoulder hasn't been happy since I woke up. I'd like to make it through at least an hour in the office before I give up.

I would not recommend a husky or any other snow dog to someone living in the South unless their property has lots of tree shade and running water. My first (and favorite) pet was a samoyed, and his life was made miserable and short by Arkansas summers.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Quick, I need a name for my new car! (I'm registering it for SYNC, the Microsoft infotainment computer thingie in my Focus.)

eta: Was considering naming it after my mom, but for some reason 'Enid' just doesn't seem to fit.

Gladys Crabtree?

Heh. That would be a good name for my '59 Lincoln.

Am now leaning towards 'Blue Frog.' It does look vaguely frog-like.

I like Blue Beetle, but then that makes me think of VW bugs.

I'd name it Winifred, but Teppy named her car that.

Gawd, this car is complicated. The last time I had to RTFM this much was the first time I used an IBM PC back in '84, when I was all "What is this 'Disk Operating System' and why do I need it?"

And there's already software updates for my car.
