Me too, Quester. Me too.
Natter 68: Bork Bork Bork
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
TJs? I go there for meat (sausages, bulgogi, chicken breasts), caffeine (Irish Breakfast tea), baking supplies (organic cane sugar, chocolate chips, nuts), alcohol (TJ's brand blended whiskey, cheap wine), sushi, yogurt, pasta...
I don't buy cheese at TJ's because it often goes moldy really fast.
Oh, and flowers! I always buy flowers: the sunflowers for $3 is a great deal.
Also peanut butter pretzels. And frozen fire-roasted veggies. And their milk chocolate covered raisins have ruined Raisinets ofr me.
TJ's-- Dark chocolate Tahitian Vanilla caramels.
Avocado salsa verde
I think their sushi is gross

Ooh the chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels are like crack to me. I binge on them and eat the whole bag.
I bought a handmade steampunk bracelet made from antique watch parts.
I got drunk and ordered a $35 grilled cheese on wheat and TERRIBLE PIE.
I saw Richard Dawkins wearing dark sunglasses indoors.
I hugged Phil Plait.
I saw what appeared to be a prostitute wearing denim panties and a US flag bra posing for porny pics in front of an ambulance that was loading up a woman who had breathing problems.
A pregnant woman bummed a cigarette off of me.
I am in Vegas.
FYI: You know the Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons?
Imagine him in a utilikilt.
Imagine an army of Comic Book Guys wearing utilikilts.
I saw this, today.
I am forever changed.
You are in a strange and wondrous land, Allyson. Pics?
TJs: They have this sort of cookie thing that is essentially chocolate poured over nuts and allowed to harden. It is one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten, and I have to make a point of not looking at it when I shop there, or I'll never eat anything else. Also, the wine is good for the price (Twisted Vines Cab. Sav.), and I really like their frozen mac and cheese.
I don't know about your supermarkets, but TJ's milk is cheaper than mine. I don't buy a lot of pre-made food, so I don't get it there, either, but yogurt, milk, coffee are all cheaper and often better than the supermarket.
There really are no words for how jealous I am of Allyson for being at TAM 9 From Outer Space. NO WORDS.
Please post often so I can live vicariously through you, okay?
