Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That sounds about right, Dana. My parents had some work done last week, and they thought it would be happening Tues-Weds. Yeah, when I got there at 5pm on Sunday, the guy was just finally leaving for the last time.

On drinks, I'm sort of on a rum kick, so I think daiquiris are my summer jam.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Brown! I never think of brown. Green probably won't happen. Although a deep green could work...and I have that...hmm...

I wonder if, as photographer or designer if you ever look at a piece of clothing and just think..."That's ugly. We shouldn't sell that. It makes us look bad."

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

That's a really hideous picture that makes her look kind of deformed so I'm not sure I can really judge the actual clothing. How did they choose that?

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Photoshop?

T & S on how to wear red: [link] They would suggest tomato or tobacco. If it's true brick red (i.e., pinkish), I would go for the dusty pink.

Art Crawl!!!

Well, I suggested green because green next to red enhances it.

it probably is the wrong day for me to try to quit the Percoset.

Sorry, Trinny and Susannah. I will continue to wear red with black. I like how it looks.

Surprisingly, red can look its very best against pale white skin or black skin

What does that even mean? What is the scope of the modifier pale?

My skirt is a richer colour than that brick looks on my monitor, and I wouldn't have that tobacco anywhere near my skintone. We are not compatible, even if it goes with the red.

not your mom's socks.

In today's news of the wrong, wrong and very very wrong (as if the Russian headline was ripped from a recent discussion here, actually) & with warnings regarding topic-aversions: "Man breaks into hair salon, floored by black-belt owner, kept as sex slave for 3 days, fed only viagra: [link] (both arrested. cluesticks seemingly useless.)
