Is anyone here on Google+? What's its pitch? Can they really outFacebook Facebook? Are they parallel?
I've seen some people cite it as a place to go to avoid the *everyone* that's on Facebook now, the old fogies and annoying friend requests. I don't have time to FB, so I'm not interested in doing that. I'm just curious about the plans for Skynet world domination.
How do those hold up to re-heating, Teppy?
Really well. They freeze well and aren't watery-icky if you microwave them. Though it's probably best to put new enchilada sauce (or salsa) on them after you re-heat them.
I just don't see the point of yet another social networking site. And dealing with the privacy issues.
I have an extra bedroom!!!
I have a....relationship with a nice hostel in a great location.
And dealing with the privacy issues.
Did Google learn from the Google Buzz, is the question? Have they been paying attention to Facebook?
Jesse, I just submitted the
coolest
goodstuff. Ever. I swear.

I could see the value if it's implemented better.

Ooh, that is a good one. It'll post at 5 edt.
I am holding off on Google+ for all the reasons mentioned.
No electricity at work all day. Didn't get sent home 'til this afternoon.
Well, we had the option of going home and then being called back in whenever the electricity came back up - and with no further information: I chose to stay. It was, at least, cooler at work than it is here - but so much less to do. The emergency lights went out about 1 pm. No lights in the bathrooms and the bigwigs still weren't allowing the office to be closed completely.
Had I more information, I would have realized that our problem was very low on Com-Ed's priority list.
