Happy birthday, Sox!
We ran errands and had lunch. I am trying to talk the kids into going to the pool now so they can burn off some NRG. What kids say no to the pool? Not that they've said "no" exactly, they just haven't shown any interest in going either.
And the Tramadol barely cuts the pain. Grrrrrrrr.
The organ at the Prospect Park Carousel was playing "This Is Halloween" today. Almost made up for the fact that I had to ride the carousel (Dylan can't strap himself in and DH was home with Aeryn). Also, I am sunburnt. Ow.
headache at the base of my head. I think the vibrations of the weedeater or blower cause this. napping helped, but not much and I fear that if I nap anymore I will not sleep tonight.
So what's the issue with CapitalOne? I have a cc from them that I keep mostly because they were the only ones who would give me a chance back in the day, but I never use it. Years ago, when I had damage on a rental car, they didnt give me the slightest hassle, even though the circs were kind of weird.
I don't have any issue with them. But we'll see!
OK, still watching HGTV, and they have a show about "celebrities'" homes. Here is what I don't understand: How the eff is Drew Lachey rich? I mean, 98 Degrees? How does that carry you through your life being rich.
Thanks all. Been doing what I usually do on a saturday, with extra phone calls. May have a couple neighbors come over for wine after sunset. Too damned hot now. And I haven't been to TJs so it'll just be wine, I have no munchies.

Good financial management?
Apparently! I'm just still confused by what/how our culture values things monetarily. I feel like being a minor pop star should not be that lucrative.
I forgot there *is* a Drew Lachey.
I guess if you invest well when you first make it, it works out?
