Actually, I'm coming down on the anti-chocolate chip side. They ruin the texture of just about everything they're in.
I would put chocolate chips in a chicken breast. They improve everything. But I like hard in my soft. (not the reverse. Like, ironically, the bon bon is often ew.)

No nuts in food. Nuts on their own are fine, but don't put them in cookies, brownies, or cake. My only exception is pralines and cream ice cream.
Whereas, I'm NUTS about NUTS!
