I made my own hoop and was pretty fierce about it for awhile. I need to get back to it. I'd especially like to take classes because, while I am solid on the basic moves...I can keep it up [hey now, watch yourself!] for an hour. Great cardio, but can get boring.
I am, tragically, feeble with anything beyond simple turns.

I tried hula hooping once when I was a kid, unsuccessfully. You know what's great for limbering up the hips? Bellydancing. Fun, too.
