It's simple. I slap 'em around a bit, torture 'em, make their lives hell...Sure, the nice guys'll run away, but every now and then you'll find a prince like Spike who gets off on it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Looking good, Kathy.

Whereas I've just had high winds, but no precip at all here in the NW 'burbs.

On radar, the storm was almost entirely over lake Michigan, heading South. So just some parts of Chicago near the lake got the storm.

We got a lot of thunder here. My cat looked at me with concern. I told her, "Your ancestors dealt with thunder way before you cats started hanging with us humans."

Kathy, you look great. Cute dress and shrug.

Thanks! I'm obsessing about my calves too much.

I have no idea where Amarna is at. AFAIK, she hasn't used her new litter box yet. She's had no problem with replacement litter pans, but this is the first time I've gotten her an entirely new box and lid and it's a completely different design than the old one. Don't know how she'll handle it.

Oh, the dress and shrug are both size 22/24. I'm wearing 22 pants now, but the cotton pants are reeeeeaallllly snug, so I'll stick with the jeans that are more forgiving in 22, and the other pants in 24 for another 10 pounds or so. I'm debating if I should exchange the shrug for the 18/20, since it's the open-weave crochet knit style. I won't be needing it for another 7 weeks, and I'm hoping I'll be down 20 pounds by then, which is another size. I hate spending $70 for things I'll only wear once, but I figure if I get the smaller shrug, I might want to wear that in the fall, too.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I like Dress Barn.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

You look great, Kathy!

I've never been to Dress Barn but if the clothes are that nice, I'll have to check it out.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Cute, Kathy!

I'm eyeballing this one for the Black & Blue Ball in Vegas. I need something cheap, comfortable and sexy in either black or blue.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I like it, Kathy!

And Cashmere, that dress looks to fit the bill just right.
