Kat, thanks so much for reaching out to my friend. It meant so so much to her.

I'm glad. Didn't hear back, but haven't thought much of it.

Oh MAN. Grace's nurse has been 90 minutes late on Mon., Tues., Wed. We changed the time for just this week to 8 and he keeps saying it's fine but then he doesn't turn up until 9:30. Today it was 10:10 AM and I sent him a text saying don't bother coming (we had a thousand appts and I was going to send him home at 12:15).

I didn't expect him to show which is why I'm not super pissed. But then Grace has been a PILL and a pee-on-the-rug person so I am not pleased. Plus the orthoticist has ordered the wrong size and we have to wait another X of weeks for her brace. Oh. And I had to pay $45 to have 3 forms filled out. Awesome? Not.

Kat, that's awful. Do you have any other options for nurses?

I have completed a major Onerous Task today: I rented a Rug Doctor from the local Vons and deep cleaned the disgusting bedroom carpet and both rugs (dining room/living room). The house already smells 100 times better. I went over the bedroom carpet three times because it was that bad. Ah, pets.

We'll need to do that once Grace is potty trained, Pix.

Oh yeah. At our pediatrician's office, to get a form filled out, you have to pay $15/form. Grace has 8 different medical protocols and each year when we need school forms filled out it's a bear. Usually her pediatrician doesn't charge us for Grace, but it was Noah's pede who filled out the forms.

Do other pediatricians not do that?

Re: Grace's nurse. Same dude. When he has to come in at 12:00 PM, it's fine. But earlier never works. I'm just so tired.

Next week she'll be in school again for 6 weeks so it will be back to the usual schedule.
