I made a potato-ham-and-cheese casserole for my father and grandmother for dinner, which was well received along with some sort of glazed carrots. Delish.

I made an asian noodle salad for dinner. dressing was ginger, soy sauce, siracha, toasted sesame oil, and peanut oil. I tossed the noodles in it, then added tomatoes, cucumber, shrimp, and cilantro. Tasty.
We had homemade pizza, which could have been better, honestly. Now I need ice cream.

I just wish I could always and forever remember that I need to just leave that stuff alone. But I slip...and then have to fight so hard to get back to balance.
