Just moved in to the new place. I have no Internet, tv, shower curtain, coffee, and I don't know where my clothes are. Also slightly hungover and Avon is keeping as close to me at all times as he can get. I don't think I brushed my teeth since Thursday.

I'm trying to remember: didn't the California legislature pass a gay marriage bill but the governor vetoed it because he wanted it by referendum? Or am I misremembering? it's so hard to keep track.

I thought it was passed by the State Supreme court (like in MA) and then propisition 8 repealed it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.
But I forgot how uncomfortable and disorienting it is to have everything in boxes.
It's the worst! But you can get everything out of boxes pretty fast, and then it's all your STUFF, just in a weird/awesome new place.
I am hanging out at my parents' -- my mom is out of town, so I spent the night here last night, and I'm feeding my father and grandmother dinner tonight. Glamorous!
