aurelia, for veggies - you can add a cup or so of raw spinach to your carnation breakfast. 30 seconds in the blender and you're good to go. I have a vanilla shake that I drink on the weekends and although it turns the shake green, I can't even taste the spinach.

So I have this old friend who I used to tease about her over-the-top xmas decorating. Then she got married and moved away. And now she's chiding her husband that once she can read by the light of the outdoor displays, it is enough. I find this hilarious. He'd do well on 34th street. Has penguins and polar bears and animatronic deer and baubles and trees and santas and and and. He's not done. It's crazy!
Really hoping this is nowhere near any of our California-istas!!
