Angel: He is dead. Technically, he's undead. It's a zombie. Connor: What's a zombie? Angel: It's an undead thing. Connor: Like you? Angel: No, zombies are slow-moving, dimwitted things that crave human flesh. Connor: Like you. Angel: No! It's different. Trust me.

not your mom's socks.

I love Ethiopian food. Not enough of it where we've lived so far. Boo.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I have thus far failed at obtaining Manic Panic, because neither the Walgreens or the beuty supply place near me had any.

I have a cunning plan to go to Ulta tomorrow on the way to Oakland though, so we will see how that works out.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I just walked the cat for half an hour in a freaking snow storm. I live in North Carolina. We generally don't get snow storms in early December. Yay snow!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I love Ethiopian food. As far as I've been able to tell, there isn't an Ethiopian restaurant anywhere near here.

Yeah, y'all are making me want Ethiopian. And various bad for me things at TJs.

I woke up with an awful backache. WTF, back in my own bed after days of hotel and thus? Eesh.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I have 3 Ethiopian restaurants within walking distance. I've only been to one though. The only thing I didn't like was the honey wine. I was not expecting carbonation.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have tandoori leftovers in the fridge, and they will have to do. They are VERY tasty. God, tandoori loves me.
