Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Woot! I totally support this colourful plan, Perkins.

Because, ah, you needed my okay.

Librarian Warlord

one more errand added to the list!

FUN!

I am at work today (not fun) but I am consoling myself with the thought that at least I am not one of these suckers - er, students studying for exams!

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I am large with the satsuma love since moving here.

Also, there's a new Ethiopian place in New Orleans, which is supposed to be pretty good. This was a Big Deal because New Orleans doesn't have too much by way of decent ethnic cuisine (except Vietnamese, natch).

Anyway, y'all are making me want to try it. If I ever get out of bed. Which seems unlikely given how horrendously hungover Tom and I are.

I should be cleaning. I am not.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I forgot to go to a number-of-carollers world record attempt around the corner from me at noon. Oops. Still on the sofa.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I don't like Ethiopian. Which is strange, because I'm on board with almost any other kind of cuisine. But the bread is too sour for me, and the rest of the food doesn't excite me.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I spent part of the day over at Amyth's and the rest of it shopping. In theory I have a flying lesson at 3:30, but I suspect the incoming weather is going to hose that. On the other hand, possible snow, so yay! And I really should spend the afternoon getting my cards signed and out rather than practicing 45 degree turns. I don't want to, but I should.

not your mom's socks.

I love Ethiopian food. Not enough of it where we've lived so far. Boo.
