COWS HOLDING HANDS!
Eeeee!!!!
So, the Ethiopian place I went last night was delicious, except they didn't have real injera -- it must have been made with wheat. But partway through the meal, our waitress brought out some of the good stuff! (I had said something about it, but not when I thought any staff could hear me....) And it is so much better with the food, I don't even know. So now I know I can ask for it off the bat next time. She said "some people" don't like it.
COWS HOLDING HANDS!
That is seriously one of the cutest things I've ever seen. Totally DED now
People. Hmmph.
This is what I'm saying. I just thought they didn't have teff!
Anyway, I am now preparing for a lazy day, except I'd better get cracking on Christmas shopping.
Yeah, I've got to bustle now. Market done, now pedicure. And clean up cat barf. Thanks, cats!
We are taking the tent - it's never been opened. Hopefully will be ok.
Hopefully will be ok.
You'll be fine. They take the tent, but you are allowed into the airport proper so you can all run around and get coffee. Safe travels!
Which Ethiopian place did you go to, Jesse? My favorite is Asmara. I was disappointed with the wheat injera at Addis Red Sea.
For kids, definitely Manic Panic - it's just permanent enough to last until they get bored with it. (On my own head, I use Special Effects because I can go 6-8 weeks in between dye jobs. Manic Panic on me washes out in three or four days.)

Anyone know where I could get the real, non-wheat injera? Preferably by mail order?
I thought Manic Panic was a permanent dye! Hm.
