You two carried me through that war. Now I need you to carry me just a little bit further. If you can.

ok, y'all thanks. I think you all are right. My heart leads me to take on crazy things sometimes. I am glad I asked y'all instead of family. WIth them I would have gotten mad, but not with y'all.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm sorry, David.

North Korea sucks. Well, the leadership does, I mostly just feel sorry for the populace.

ION Moderate adult!fail on my part. My drivers license is more than a year expired, so i'll have to take the written and driving tests again. But I did get my state ID renewed, so I'll be able to pick up my bus ticket tomorrow.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

In other news, I was grossed out yesterday hearing that Wal-Mart will be open all day on Thanksgiving, and will just roll into the Black Friday sales at midnight, but then I realized it's got to be at least partly to avoid stampedes. Which is something, I guess?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I think the rain of frogs I was expecting has hit. It seems very likely that my husband's flight today will be canceled due to weather, meaning I have no idea when he'll be able to get here. Awesome.

Also, outside the window right now? Jackhammer.

Makes sense. Kohl's is advertising that they're opening at 3 am. It strikes me that timing the opening to coincide with bar time could end badly.

Now tagless for your comfort.

David, I'm so sorry for your loss. We should all be able to think so well and remember with such clarity our first lover.

ION, our furnace is out. First day of snow here and it's pretty freakin' cold. I'm lighting a fire and turning on the tv for the kids to cuddle.
