Or I will have to cut you.

just kidding, sara. We are officially the house of mucous, so it might be inevitable.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

That's very nice of you, msbelle. But, after all, YOU ARE THE NICEST!

I did some garden-y stuff today. Then swung into more research for holiday marketing of my album. To that end, I started recording a "home demo" version of some Warner Brothers stuff that's not on the album in the hopes of getting enough together to offer a sort of EP to folks who buy the album on my site this holiday.

My mom arrived home for T-day from the extended hell of selling off her mom's house, dealing with her siblings, and selling off extraneous estate items. I found out today that my aunt (who could actually use the $) sold off a vintage Pyrex bowl set for $5 when she could have gotten more like $50 - 75. *facepalm*

I know, sarameg! I can't really believe it's been almost a year since I moved here. It still feels like a couple of months. So weird. But, yes, after my maybe-cold goes away and you're back from your travels. Which, safe travels, by the way... and to everyone else who's travelling over the holiday.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I just realized that I can show mom Sherlock! I am an awesome daughter. I gave her wine, fed her a lovely dinner and now she shall be Bandersnatched.

We are officially the house of mucous, so it might be inevitable.

I have told my ironhard immune system it is NOT on vacation. Seriously, I usually only get sick post-vacation.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I got kinda drunk last night, for the first time in a while, and it was awesome!

Today I made the T-day list, forgot it, fought my way through Target anyway, and only forgot 2 things! And came out of there for $65, and that was with a big ham. WIN. Then I took some books back to the library.

I am still deep cleaning the upstairs bathroom, but have only mopping and the tub left.

Watched The Walking Dead, and I am continuing to love it a lot. I ate dinner during it, because I realized I had not eaten all damn day.

Did dishes and cleaned up the kitchen, scrubbed the toilet outside OMG GROSS I HATE LIVING WITH BOYS.

I am taking a short break, before I mop. I think I will scrub the tub tomorrow. D's in bed.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I just realized that I can show mom Sherlock! I am an awesome daughter. I gave her wine, fed her a lovely dinner and now she shall be Bandersnatched.

That is indeed awesome.

I wonder what my mom would have thought of Sherlock. My dad would have loved it full stop. I think mom would not approve of updating Holmes, but the relationship between the two leads would win her over in the end.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Watched The Walking Dead, and I am continuing to love it a lot.

Over the last two weeks it has become appointment television. I've been watching with my dad. Mom asked what we were watching.

Dad: The Walking Dead

Mom: What?!

Dad: It has Zombies.

Mom: Ewww.

Dad: No, it's AWESOME.

The status is NOT quo.

It is so very wrong that there are only three Sherlocks. Seriously, I was sure there was a fourth coming and now am heartbroken to have to wait a year. Argh!

Librarian Warlord

Thanks for all the birthday wishes - it was a good day. My present to myself is the next couple of days off, and then my university is on holiday starting Weds, so I gave myself a whole week off. I'll have to do chores, but at least I won't have to do chores and go to work.
