Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I just realized that I can show mom Sherlock! I am an awesome daughter. I gave her wine, fed her a lovely dinner and now she shall be Bandersnatched.

That is indeed awesome.

I wonder what my mom would have thought of Sherlock. My dad would have loved it full stop. I think mom would not approve of updating Holmes, but the relationship between the two leads would win her over in the end.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Watched The Walking Dead, and I am continuing to love it a lot.

Over the last two weeks it has become appointment television. I've been watching with my dad. Mom asked what we were watching.

Dad: The Walking Dead

Mom: What?!

Dad: It has Zombies.

Mom: Ewww.

Dad: No, it's AWESOME.

The status is NOT quo.

It is so very wrong that there are only three Sherlocks. Seriously, I was sure there was a fourth coming and now am heartbroken to have to wait a year. Argh!

Thanks for all the birthday wishes - it was a good day. My present to myself is the next couple of days off, and then my university is on holiday starting Weds, so I gave myself a whole week off. I'll have to do chores, but at least I won't have to do chores and go to work.

There is that! Happy birthday, belatedly!

So if you get up at 4:30 and DON'T feed the cats their wetfood treat, they are kinda insufferable in their bids for attention (ie: redirection for FEED ME.) But Elizabeth is coming by later and will feed them then. Sheesh. Devi even braved the hair dryer and Loki on the bed to poke at me.

OK, no excuse to hang around anymore. I'm off (y'all already knew that.)

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I am loving The Walking Dead. I'm recapping them on my blog (I've only done the last two eps) and I'm new to recapping, so last night's recap is, um, lengthy.

But I think it's funny! Anyway, that's where my comments are, and I am SO not typing them out again. Whew.

Sparky, I decree that one of your birthday week chores should be posting a recent photo or video of your offspring.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I feel like I should be into the Walking Dead, but eh.

I wonder if I could make money as a bedbug consultant, going in and telling people what to do in their homes.

If you have time, it certainly seems worth putting out there as a thing....

I'll see if I can find the right camera(s) and/or attachments. My DH had a press thing this a.m. because of the North Korea developments, and so he may have everything with him.
