Compassionately intolerant

Glad BB had a good time at least?

He really, really did. And, for once, it wasn't Bob leading Bartleby astray. Cuz usually, wither Bob goest, Bartleby will go. But today, he just didn't clue into what the road meant. Thankfully, nothing bad actually happened.

Would any DC-istas, who live near the Metro, be willing to put up me and CJ for a few days in late March? Or recommend some very reasonable accommodations near the Metro?

My profile addy is good.

Went to a friend's house to watch the football game. Then went to stupid work (must be from the same place as Jesse's stupid laundry; I need to look for the smart kind, too. That does itself), both as planned. Now I am spending half an hour relaxing before bed. I think I may be getting a cold. Perfect timing. Not that there's ever really good timing, but still.

Jen, we have to meet up one of these days!

But I am not allowed to be sick for the next 10 days.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

That's very nice of you, msbelle. But, after all, YOU ARE THE NICEST!

I did some garden-y stuff today. Then swung into more research for holiday marketing of my album. To that end, I started recording a "home demo" version of some Warner Brothers stuff that's not on the album in the hopes of getting enough together to offer a sort of EP to folks who buy the album on my site this holiday.

My mom arrived home for T-day from the extended hell of selling off her mom's house, dealing with her siblings, and selling off extraneous estate items. I found out today that my aunt (who could actually use the $) sold off a vintage Pyrex bowl set for $5 when she could have gotten more like $50 - 75. *facepalm*

I know, sarameg! I can't really believe it's been almost a year since I moved here. It still feels like a couple of months. So weird. But, yes, after my maybe-cold goes away and you're back from your travels. Which, safe travels, by the way... and to everyone else who's travelling over the holiday.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I just realized that I can show mom Sherlock! I am an awesome daughter. I gave her wine, fed her a lovely dinner and now she shall be Bandersnatched.

I have told my ironhard immune system it is NOT on vacation. Seriously, I usually only get sick post-vacation.
