Now stuck at the gate in New Orleans. I guess everything else went too smoothly.

Welcome to New Orleans?
I assume that family and funeral stuff will preclude hanging out in New Orleans... Take care of yourself...
Burrell, I hope the weird reaction is over and everything is okay.
Travel-ma, Dana.
Nora, I will actually be here for two weeks so we should totally meet up. Also, OMG, let me off this plane.
two weeks? Hells yeah! you can email me at my profile addy when you are ready to socialize/meet up. You gonna be up in Lakeview?
Er, if you ever get off the plane.
Yes, Lakeview, though I can usually get access to a car.
Timelies all!
Why is it only Tuesday? This week is dragging...
I work in Mid City right at the end of Canal Street (5 minutes from Lakeview) so I can also be available to chauffeur quite easily. Whatever! We'll work it out.
Well, this morning's impasse is broken. We compromised. She does not get the stinky chow with all the shapes and colors and shit. But, in the interest of not starving herself (and getting wiggier by the hour) she is now chomping happily on frou-frou health food store chow.
Since I have 20 lbs of the old stuff I will not call this the end off the story. But the new stuff is not that much more expensive, and it has the advantage of convenience since I go by that store all the time.
This is my life. ::headdesk::
brenda can you mix a bit of the old in with the new? I mean, it'll take a long time for 20 lbs to be gone but at least it won't go to waste? We have to do that with the cats' food, they won't eat the light alone but if I mix in the hairball they will eat it all.
