I have had a weird day. I woke up with vertigo and have been off all day. Dizzy and out of it. I had a ton of grading to do, yet every time I tried to focus enough to be able to write comments on papers, my head starts swimming. We slept in late, yet I'm going to bed now. Argh. I really better be better by tomorrow, because I am going to have to pull a marathon grading session to get caught up.
I'm wondering if I might have an ear infection. I don't have any other symptoms really, but vertigo and fatigue seem likely candidates.
Try dumping some alcohol in your ear. It can't make it worse, but if it is partly a blockage, that might help ( I regularly dump an alcohol/vinegar mix in mine, but that's because of the swimming. But I can tell there's water in there by weird balance/jawpain stuff even when it doesn't gurgle.)
Thanks Sara. We are out of alcohol, but I just used hydrogen peroxide on both ears. You're right--can't hurt, and maybe it will help.

I just bought me a bunch of Nfu Oh polish. Fairly sure it wasn't needed. Except the olive green, that was absolutely necessary.
Then I had to go do my nails of course.
They are now a scrumptious purple. Only problem is I've just frelled my bedtime.
