You know, I've saved lives. Dozens. Maybe hundreds. I reattached a girl's leg. Her whole leg. She named her hamster after me. I got a hamster. He drops a box of money, he gets a town.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

ita, Linda the Bra Lady sent me e-mail saying they have push-up bikinis. I don't need them, but maybe there's something there for you? Looks like a plethora of cup sizes. [link]

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Sweet! The Super pretty hoodie I ordered for JZ arrived.

I hope the medium fits because it was the last one they had in any size.

Tommy, I've been meaning to read Windup Girl so I'm now emboldened to go get it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The Super pretty hoodie I ordered for JZ arrived.

That is pretty....

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

One of my high school classmates just posted on Facebook that she is now a grandmother. Oy.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Of course the bikini tops I like the best add one to two cups and therefore don't come in my size. But that's a good selection, -t. Thanks.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Happy Birthday Jess!

Aurelia, I got an e-mail from a high school friend who I hadn't heard from pretty much since high school. In it she said she had 9 kids and a couple of grandkids. (Mind you, this was someone who got pregnant senior year of high school, so it's not completely far-fetched...) All I could do was blink for a bit.

There were several in my class who had kids before graduation, including one girl who had two. I don't remember if she is one of them though.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Happy Birthday, Jess!
