I had salad and hummus for lunch, then salad and pizza for dinner. Pizza, not at all healthy, but the rest was. I am trying to start eating better and hoping that between that and yardwork that I might drop another 5 lbs by the end of the year.

I personally would love it if he arrived at all foreign engagements at the head of 34 warships. Meanwhile, I'm surprised the link didn't claim that the holds of the warships were stuffed with a shipment of American jobs.
