Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Burrell, was it black cod we had at the Harrison Ford restaurant? I was totally impressed with that new dish. But see how I can't remember what it is.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

They finally showed an overhead shot of the people at Civic Center Plaza. The crowds are insane.

Emmett and I were there! There were hundreds of thousands people there. So crazy packed.

But I did get to see Aubrey Huff waving his rally thong, so that was good.

Getting home on public transit was a hassle. And then...our car was towed.

Yes, they moved the construction markers after I had parked the car on that side of the street. I came in right behind the street sweeper and was very careful to move ahead of the markers they had out. Then they moved them. $481. We'll challenge it but that's a whole 'nother hassle.

OTOH - Go Giants!

Just recovered from a stupid migraine. Too washed out to concentrate much. Going to watch TV at 8:00. What do I watch for shallow fun, no need to engage the brain?

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Community! Except you'll have to watch it on Hulu. It's not on on Thursdays.

Is Undercovers on tonight? That doesn't require neurons.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Well, I have to follow-up and say CJ took the talk fairly well. He just grabbed a book and has done the things I have asked of him WHEN I asked (one of the big issues). We will see how this goes.

I have him over the weekend (he usually goes to his dad's on the weekends), so we will be doing some spring cleaning to continue reinforcing the concept of the two of us maintaining this household together. He lives here so he needs to do his part.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Hey Burrell, what was the name of that children's bookstore you recommended? I'm not having any luck getting anyone who will do an event.

If I hit a wall, I think I'll do one at a library and give away books.

Mmm, now that you remind me of it, I think it was. That was yum.

Children's Book World on Pico. The advice I was given by the staff was to send a press kit, not a copy of the book itself.

Not that it would be the same thing at all, but what about giving readings at some of the local elementary schools? I could talk to the librarian at my school. I'm not sure what it would entail but I know the parents have been itching to have more things in the library.

Thanks, Burrell! I would love to do an elementary school, and see if one of the conservation places would bring a bat.
