P-C, when I was on jury duty, they immediately dismissed everyone who had travel plans.

They finally showed an overhead shot of the people at Civic Center Plaza. The crowds are insane.
The Democratic candidates for the House, Senate and Governor all won Portage County. I'm less dismayed than I was.
I just found out I won a $100 gift certificate from a cute, stylish boutique in a raffle. By coincidence, today I'm wearing the adorable, black, ruffled skirt I bought there this past spring.
omg I am so grumpy and whiny. I do not want to do anything. I did do work though and paid bills. oh and I bought bread which we had been out of for 2 weeks.
do not want to get mac. do not want to do job applications. do not want to send emails to network for job opportunities. do not want to wash dishes or clean bathrooms (my chores for the day). WAH WAH WAH!

Okay, is it silly to be annoyed at one of the Girl Scout moms who took the info for a local production of Annie that I sent around (suggesting it as a Girl Scout troop activity), and has gone ahead and organized her own group outing to the show with her neighborhood friends, including half our Girl Scout troop?
I am too sick to even be worrying about this today, but seriously, what part of "troop outing" did she not get?
No, it's not silly. If it were me, I would invite the rest of the troop on the same day and act surprised to see her.
I am half tempted to email her saying, "Thanks for volunteering to plan the Girl Scout field trip for our troop! Here are the emails of the parents you did not include."
Not at all silly, flea. Although, when I was that age, the only thing I could think of that would have been better than going to see Annie would have been going to see it twice! Actually, that reminds me that they are doing it here, too, and I kind of want to go.

DO NOT, MEANIEHEAD!
Flea, I would totally send that email just as written.
