I'm trying not to be pissed off at the results.
Gah. Some choad on Facebook (someone from high school who tracked me down) just posted "Watching Obama try to make sense in his press conference...some people JUST DON'T GET IT!"
It would be wrong of me to comment with "You're right -- SOME people don't.", wouldn't it? (See what I did there?)
Also, I just checked the election results, and I was wrong -- 4 of the candidates I voted for actually won. Only 1 was running unopposed. How the hell did the machine let the other 3 through, is what I want to know.

I am sad and depressed. I skipped angry altogether.
Chicago mayoral race should be fun and I can't even vote in it anymore since I moved out of the city. The only mayor I've known is Daley.
Oh dear. My co-worker just got called to jury duty and has to show up at 1. The problem being that she has to go to Brussels on Friday for an Investigator's Meeting. And she needs tomorrow to take care of everything so that I'm not saddled with all of her cases. Cross your fingers that it's over and done with today, please!

Bwah! All hail the Hypnochoad!
P-C, when I was on jury duty, they immediately dismissed everyone who had travel plans.
They finally showed an overhead shot of the people at Civic Center Plaza. The crowds are insane.
