The trend having more to do with preferring divided party rule than being about any particular issue - no matter what is being said.

Yeah, once the Republicans learned they could win the House again, it's been more back and forth. But even the last long time with Dem majority was Reagan/Bush, wasn't it?

And yet they get peeved that nothing gets accomplished. I'm sort of stomach sick at the thought of the Tea Party gaining any prominence.
I hope that this year is all about obstructing Congress. I can't believe how even with a super majority Dems were useless.
