Uhg. Well, I managed to swim, and while I felt human only while swimming, it was a hard slog as I'm just exhausted. Then I had to do the floors and pick up and uhg. It's done, but I don't really think I had the energy for that so will be paying for it. And I need to dust. Have major necessities shopping to do tomorrow.

I'd just rather sleep.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

You guys. The internet really does have everything! In what I think may be the apex of each of these sites, here is a tumblr devoted to YouTube videos of people dancing alone to Ginuwine's "My Pony" [link] Holy shit. I just don't even.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I just bought a case for my Kindle. Consumerism is fun.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I went out for Chinese food with my parents. My fortune is, "Hungry is the man who finds salvation in a cookie."

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

Jesse, OMG.

I bought film for my Polaroid and a snood off of etsy. I think I should back away from the Internet for a while.

Oh, amyth, I'm so sorry about your brother. Thanks for letting us know.

And thank goodness for the ridiculousness of the internet, huh?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Amy, I'm so sorry. That sounds pretty much like the end stages for my mom. If it's any comfort, it seems to be a peaceful way to go.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Amy, I'm so sorry.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh, Amy, it's all just so hard. Thank you for the update. Peace for your SIL and smooth passing for your brother.
