Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, and if there are horns around, the sax player wins. It's almost right there in the name.

Current teefury shirt. I described my xkcd sudo make me a sandwich and @ earrings outfit as the mating cry of the desperately geek (it wasn't answered at the time), and lo, this is another one.

Happy New Year. I don't know why I'm up, but I'm up.

Art Crawl!!!

Me too. Up, I mean - for no reason.

Well, except that my cat was demanding breakfast. I think she is feeling better.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Happy New Year, all! My NYE party plans went south when the hostess of the planned party became ill and had to cancel. Still, an evening watching a show on sex in ancient Egypt was not a bad substitute.

Now to try my hand at cinnamon rolls for New Year's brunch.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

sumi, I'm glad the cat is starting to feel better.

PixDesigns, I hope you got some rest.

happy New Year, everyone!

Speaking of live bands, which band member gets the most tail?

Those who have an appreciation of strong shoulder muscles, and for stamina lean towards drummers.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I also pick the bass player, but I bet the real answer is the lead singer.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't know if it was just this bass player and the genre, but his hip roll was amazing. Put that together with the fingering, and home run.

Even the straight guy we were out with (no homo) was calling it.

The bass player really holds the band together, but in a non-flashy way. I have thought a lot about this.

In other news, I was thinking about 1/1/11, and realized I haven't paid my rent yet. Let this be a reminder to others!
