Ack.
The SO just called me from the highway. He's spun two 180s, but thinks it's too dangerous to try to turn around. A 4 wheel drive just spun out in front of him. So he's trying to get to town to maybe come back home a different way, but he might be stuck in town. And me stuck here with no car, because our intern has our (AWD) van but is stuck in his driveway in town.
Worried! I wish he'd just turn around but I understand why he doesn't want to.
oh jeezy! Be careful, SO of Liese!
Happy anniversary, Amy & S!
Wishing careful and safe driving to Liese's SO and intern. And every one else around there.
Careful driving, everyone!
Oh my goodness- safe driving to Liese's SO.
Oh, 180s are scary shit. Be careful, Liese's SO!
Yikes! Lots of safety~ma, Liese's SO!
Well, he made it to town. He's going to look at the other highway coming back north. But going that way, once you get in our neighborhood it's a lot more curvy. He says it looks like none of the roads have been plowed at all. It may just be that it's blowing and drifting so much it looks that way, or it might be true; our towns have had serious financial problems.
Here's hoping he can come back up, but if he needs to stay, he should stay. Just be safe, SO!
That's just weird. The company should pay the taxes since they're the one giving the gift. Passing that on to the recipient is Scroogeful.
~ma for Burrell's MIL and good driving~ma for Liese's SO.
Happy anniversary Amy and S!
Sunny day here, so that's good. After a couple days of not sewing, I'm back to it. Good thing I started the dress well before I need to leave on this trip...
