I like books. I just don't want to take on too much. Do they have an introduction to the modern blurb?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Whoa! That penalty worked out surprisingly well.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I miss curling up in a ball when sick, or even just when feeling overwhelmed.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I seriously hope D's preschool is open tomorrow. I'm running out of excuses why he shouldn't sit around and watch TV all day.

So far one out of three subway lines near me is back up and running, but I have no idea if my street has been plowed or not. Hopefully the morons who tried to drive today have been able to get their cars out of the middle of the road so the plow can get through..

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Made it back from Vermont to Boston. I'm glad I wasn't driving. Now I'm just waiting to see if I'll be able to get back home tomorrow. My flight is not until 5:30pm and I think I'll get out, but I predict a mess at Logan and if we leave late there is very little chance I'll make my connection in SLC.

So my mother possibly strained or cracked a rib during her illness. FUn.

Hope they get your MIL straightened right up, Burrell.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I think it's supposed to be super windy again tomorrow, which I imagine could be a problem for flying?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Checking in from down the coast. No great production, it's within an hour's drive of our house. Wallybee's parents were supposed to be with us, so the apartment is feeling quite spacious. Things which have impressed Ryan:

The beach
The ocean
Seagulls

Things that have impressed his parents:

His willingness to sleep in a strange place.

Meanwhile, waiting until after Christmas to buy each other pressies has paid of, courtesy of the Amazon sale. We gave now ordered seasons of Castle, House, Dexter and Glee.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

megan - this is why folks should fly through Denver. If you get stuck, you have someone willing to come and get you instead of being stuck in airport hell.

Burrell - lots of diagnosis~ma and let-it-be-minor~ma to your MIL.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Hush your mouth, Jesse. I fly home tomorrow afternoon.
