It's sunny and pretty warm here today. I blew off the Sunday morning run and my sister hasn't called me, which I think means she's okay with that. Maybe a long dog-walk later.
I'm just exhausted, still. And I found two ticks on the dog from yesterday, argh.
Stay warm and dry, all you Buffistas in the path of the snowpocalypse!
We have a good 2" of snow here in Nashville and it's still snowing. The roads are snow on top of ice. Fortunately, we don't need to go anywhere. Eventually, though, this may lead to mayhem and possibly cannibalism.
I went to Target for some plastic bins - we are going to attempt to corral the duplo blocks the twins got. I also bought a tree skirt for $15. I want to buy 100 bulbs (and I think they can be had for $15 to make this Christmas Tree Mobile. But they only had red, which I don't want, and purple, which might be okay, and gold. left.
Lowe's is supposed to have their plastic bins on sale right now.
So I bought some TJ's light eggnog earlier in the week and I just broke into it, and I discovered that the reason I like eggnog is because it's all fatty and rich. Light eggnog is... not right.
Bleah. I wonder if I can bake something with it, so I don't end up pouring it down the drain?
Hubby is under the impression that minutes get used even if you have it on, not just when you're getting or receiving a call.
Connie -- What Cashmere said, but: you only use minutes if you're making a call, not if someone else calls you. Or if you send or read a text (I think it's a 1/2 minute per text). The minutes do expire, but when you add more the old ones are extended as well -- basically, when you add time you are adding minutes and extending the expiration date for all your minutes.
This blog is a good resource: [link] He reviews the phones, and lists coupons & special offers.

Would probably be delightful in pancakes or french toast...
OSH also has plastic storage bins on sale 15% off.
Happy birthday Jesse, Theo and Rayne!
Strongly considering going to this today [link]
Still hanging on with the diet despite holiday temptation all around. We'll see how long that lasts...
Oh Jesus. My mom bought Noah a remote control truck. It's fun to play with and a little bit persnickety -- you need greater control than my son can exhibit. I could go outside and yell at him not to crash it into things, which I should. Or I should let him run it around until he breaks it (which is what I'm doing). I'm a bad mom because I don't care if it breaks, and I'm sort of looking forward to it.
The greatest cartoon thing looks fun. But alas, not with my kids.
