Hah! I'm all for it. Got lots of compliments tonight at dancing. Am a bit nervous to see what it looks like tomorrow after I don't have a hairstylist blowdrying and flatironing it with her fancy tools. But I was super excited that cutting off so much of it made it look SUPER red!

Other things I am excited about: Trader Joe's near me is now carrying Parrano cheese. It's an aged Gouda, sort of, very strong, and excellent with apples. And I used to occasionally go to Whole Foods to get it, but that was a hassle. And now it's right here and I'm eating ALL OF IT! :)

Tonight we're going to a holiday concert by The Chromatics.(A wonderful acapella group that formed at Goddard Space Center. They do a bunch of "astronomically correct" songs as well as covers and non-spacey originals) Should be fun.

I got my first paycheck yesterday!!! It went into direct deposit, no problems and it was for a whole month! ($700 of it is claimed for student loan payments and hospital bills, but still!)

I got my Mom's Xmas prezzie -- she wanted a 3-4 qt. Cephalon saucepan, and got some stuff for her stocking. (My sister and I take turns with our folks' stockings, and this year I have mom, who is SO MUCH easier than Dad!)

I got D a XDCD t-shirt from ThinkGeek, some Darth Vader coffee and some peanut butter truffles. Oh, and a RTFM coffee cup.

I want to make it to Sear's today, and maybe Sephora (although that scares me0 The mall!!)
